I never felt the need to micromanage his crew and always felt confident they would do exactly what they said they would to Gifford Homes excellent standards. This was the first major home project that we hired out for and I'm so glad we chose Gifford Homes. For example, during the final walk- through I showed Ruben how a cabinet door got deeply scratched when his guys were installing and adjusting a pull out feature.
